Online breathwork sessions. Price: $100-$150 per session.
Service Description
In these coaching sessions we utilize the pillars of Biodynamic Breathwork and Trauma Release® – meditation, breath, movement, emotion, sound, and self-touch – to access and resolve areas of held tension in our bodies generated by traumatic experiences. Each session will be different, answering your needs in real-time. A five session minimum is required for new clients. NEW 1:1 CUSTOMERS MUST ENROLL IN A PROGRAM: 5-Session Package: $110 per session (Total: $550) 10-Session Package: $100 per session (Total: $1,000) Individual sessions ($150 each) are only available to clients who have completed a previous prepaid package (although discounted packages are still recommended). Please see my events for single session experiences in group settings.
