Service Description

In these coaching sessions we openly access my entire toolkit of integration tools. We collaborate in each session to determine what tool is needed moment-by-moment as we listen to your body and nervous system. Each session will be different, answering your needs in real-time. A five session minimum is required for new clients. One-on-one work is ideal for people who need individual support for complex chronic pain and cannot attend group sessions for any reason. One-on-one PRT® sessions are not formatted the same as group work and do not include the on-demand materials, medical intake, or acoustic therapy. NEW 1:1 CUSTOMERS MUST ENROLL IN A PROGRAM: 5-Session Package: $110 per session (Total: $550) 10-Session Package: $100 per session (Total: $1,000) Individual sessions ($150 each) are only available to clients who have completed a previous prepaid package (although discounted packages are still recommended). Please see my events for single session experiences in group settings.
